3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to fees. For custom packages, specific cancellation terms may apply; please contact us for details.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

RusticRidge is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay, except as required by law. We recommend that guests take necessary precautions, especially during outdoor activities.
